Elna Joins Future4care: Go-to-Market Program Across France and Germany
After 20x growth driven purely by clinicians recommending Elna, we've been selected for Future4care's year-long Go-to-Market Program. With partners on the ground in Paris and Berlin, we'll test how to scale across Europe's two largest healthcare markets.

Martina Pagura
Founder at Elna

In the last six months, Elna has grown 20x, entirely through word of mouth among clinicians. Now we're taking that momentum to Europe's two largest healthcare markets: Elna has been selected for the Future4care Go-to-Market Program, a year-long program to help digital health startups scale across France and Germany.
Founded in 2021 by Capgemini, Generali, Orange, and Sanofi, Future4care brings together more than 100 partners and startups from offices in Paris and Berlin. Over the coming year, we'll use the program to stress-test the new go-to-market strategies our growth has opened up, with partners on the ground in both countries.
What is the Future4care Go-to-Market Program?
The Go-to-Market Program is built for one of the hardest steps a European healthtech company takes: moving beyond its home market. Every European healthcare system has its own rules, buyers, and clinical culture, and what works in one country rarely transfers to the next on its own.
Over twelve months, the program combines monthly mentoring, hands-on workshops, and targeted working sessions with four in-person meetings, each held alongside a major European health event. Startups get access to Future4care's offices in Paris and Berlin, a stakeholder mapping of each market, and introductions to potential partners. The program closes with a Demo Day in 2027.
Who is behind Future4care, and why it matters to Elna
Future4care's founders cover a large part of what it takes to bring a digital health product to scale in Europe:
Sanofi brings the perspective of a global pharmaceutical company on clinical evidence, medical practice, and how healthcare professionals make decisions.
Capgemini brings experience delivering digital transformation for healthcare organisations, including the hospital systems and institutions Elna is building for.
Orange brings expertise in the secure digital infrastructure that European healthcare runs on.
Generali brings the view of one of Europe's largest insurers, the side of the system that pays for care and cares about outcomes.
For a company building trusted clinical AI for Europe, that combination matters. Pharma, technology, infrastructure, and payers each have a say in how clinical AI gets adopted, and the program puts us in the room with all four.
Why France and Germany, and why now
Elna was built international from day one. In the last six months, we've grown 20x through word of mouth alone, as clinicians recommend Elna to their colleagues. Our ambition is to keep that momentum going, and that means reaching clinicians in new markets. That growth has also taught us that clinicians adopt a tool they trust in their own language and practice, and that every country needs to be understood on its own terms.
France and Germany are the two largest healthcare markets in Europe, and each has its own regulators, reimbursement rules, hospital procurement, and expectations around data protection. Future4care gives us partners and a team on the ground in both markets, so we can learn how each system works before we scale there, instead of after.
What we'll work on
Elna's organic growth has opened up new go-to-market possibilities we hadn't planned for. Future4care gives us the chance to stress-test them in Europe's two largest healthcare markets. Over the year, we will:
Stress-test our market access strategy for France and Germany.
Map key stakeholders and potential partners in both markets.
Adapt our positioning and storytelling to different audiences, including investors and partners.
Work through regulatory and reimbursement pathways and clinical validation.
The program kicks off in October 2026, with the first in-person meeting a few weeks later at a European healthcare conference in Berlin.
Thank you to the Future4care team and to Capgemini, Generali, Orange, and Sanofi for the trust in selecting Elna. We're looking forward to the year ahead and to seeing what this cohort builds together.
